TEAM 4:12 stands for Training, Equipping, And Mentoring, based on the principles of Eph. 4:12 “for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ…”
It is our desire to see ministries excited and equipped to build strong teams and accomplish kingdom goals. Therefore, we help ministries experience the “Nehemiah success” by implementing a well define process, whereby clear vision is received from God and communicated by the leader (2:11); a team is recruited, trained, and developed to participate in the vision (2:17-18); a strategic plan is created, measured, and monitored (3:1-12); the ministry understands how to work through challenges, conflict, and criticism (4:1-23); until the vision becomes a reality (6:15-16).

Dr. Maurice Pugh is lead trainer, facilitator, and coach. He graduated with top honors receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan, a Master of Theology and Doctorate of Philosophy from Dallas Theological Seminary.
