TEAM 4:12 provides team building and marriage building training, using the curriculum, training, and behavior assessments of Leading from your Strengths (www.ministryinsights.com). We are able to provide workshops, staff development, conferences, and seminar style training.
Our team building and marriage enrichment philosophy is based on the foundation that God has divinely designed everyone, unique and distinct, and that with our differences we can complete one another rather than compete with one another.

The (LFYS) Profiles are personalized, detailed reports which accurately describe your individual habitual patterns of behavior, thought, emotion, and communication. They provide you with sophisticated, objective insights and action steps about your unique strengths – data you and your team can use immediately and long-term.
Through the Leading from Your Strengths training, we accomplish several objectives:

AS ONE MARRIAGE BY DESIGN
Gen. 2:24 For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and two shall become one flesh.
In marriage, you can be either cell mates our soul mates, survive or thrive, compete, complete or complement. The most beautiful experience in marriage is when we blend our differences to enjoy the principle of Oneness. We provide marriage workshops, retreats and seminars to equip and enrich marriages.
We use a three-step process with our marriages:
- We implement a proven tool, The Marriage Insights Profile, to obtain objective data from your personalized, detailed 24-page report outlining your individual and relational strengths, specifically relating to the marriage relationship. The report accurately and objectively describes who you are in your relationship, keys to motivating you based on your wants and values, and keys to effective communication based on your strengths.
- We teach biblical principles to build a kingdom foundation on the nature, purpose, and design of marriage. In today’s society, marriage has been redefined, but our goal is to understand better God’s perspective of marriage.
- We provide marriage building exercises, relationship strengthening tips, and communication strategies to better foster a marriage relationship of “Oneness.”
