Dr. Maurice Pugh, Founder

Dr. Maurice Pugh is lead trainer, facilitator, and coach. He graduated with top honors receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan, a Master of Theology and Doctorate of Philosophy from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Dr. Maurice Pugh is currently the Senior Pastor of New Life Fellowship Church in Arlington, Texas, which he founded in 2003. He also serves as Adjunct Professor in Systematic Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary. He served as Associate Pastor at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Dr. Tony Evans.

Dr. Pugh has been certified through Ministry Insights (www.ministryinsights.com) as a certified trainer to consult, coach, and train by applying Ministry Insights core foundational principles, with and emphasis on the Leading from Your Strengths Profile personality assessments functioning as the basis for relationship training and team building.

Dr. Pugh has also been certified as a leadership coach and church health consultant through Ministry Advantage (www.ministryadvantage.org), using Ministry Advantage’s 7 Practices of Effective Church as the foundation for coaching, mentoring, and church consulting.

Dr. Pugh is a well sought after guest speaker and workshop presenter in the areas of church development, leadership, marriage and family enrichment.

Dr. Pugh is married to his best friend Jackie, who is also a Dallas Theological Seminary graduate with a degree in Christian Education. Together, with God’s guidance they nurture and cherish five children, Kendall, Maurice, Natalie, and twin girls Sydney and Shelby.
