Marriage Insights Profile: a data-driven, 24-page personalized report that identifies individual and relational strengths, communication keys, and what motivates each partner.
Biblical foundations: teaching God’s design, purpose, and nature of marriage to restore a kingdom-centered perspective.
Practical tools: exercises, communication strategies, and relationship tips to build and sustain Oneness.

Weekly 45–60 minute phone coaching calls. During these calls the coach will guide and encourage you to move toward your goals one step at a time.
The coach helps you stay on track while implementing plans and ensures you learn and apply each ministry strategy effectively before advancing.
Our goal is to coach each leader through an objective process of planning, training, executing, and reviewing ministry initiatives.
What to expect:
a. Coaching sessions are highly interactive.
b. Sessions use Ministry Advantage Resource Modules to create specific outcomes for each church.
c. Each session ends with an agreed assignment — the next task the pastor will learn and implement.
d. Pastors and coaches can communicate progress, questions, feedback, and solutions between sessions.
